As Singaporean, our normal bowl of noodles is around $4-5 dollars while in Malaysia the normal bowl of noodles is $7. I can feel the pinch for Singaporean when prices hike but the Malaysian price hike seems worse.

Compared to Taiwan the living costs are relatively cheap in Malaysia. In the big cities in Taiwan an apartment of 100 square meters usually costs you about 0.5 million USD or more. It's said it's more healthy for you if you don't eat anything except water for 16 hours consecutively once in a day. That means you're only allowed to eat 2 meals in one day. Have you heard of that ?

最近变美了

Eat healthy with lower costing and advisable with frequent practice regularly. Breakfast is a first thing & very important ,don't eat too simple but maintain healthy & 60-70% full. Breakfast can be 1 boiled egg, 1 small cup any beverages, 1 slide wholemeal bread with little spread butter or any type of bread spread, few cherry tomato & 1 small cup of baked corn kernels. Estimate cost RM 3.50 - RM4.00 (of-course not everyday to have same own breakfast menu, you can customize a healthy mix & match with lower costing budget breakfast meals) Own cooking is more cost effective and hygiene. Eating out once a while , (but not in fancy restaurant) For individual daily meals , if possible cost not more than RM20. 1 family of 4 is RM80++ per day. The above is for my practice and suggestion and subject to individual preference's included period & time available each family have. 🙏
