It won't make any difference to the legend. Whoever abandoned Aftab Iqbal not only lost name but popularity also. Look at Honey Albela who has become a mere clown today of his superficial mockery rather than playing any quality roles which had given him his identity and reputation working with Aftab.

Tariq should apologise to Pakistanis for spreading vulgarity and being part of that uncivilized group of artists who introduced obscenity with double meanings of words and phrases in theatres. This nonsensical practice not only deterred upper and middle-class families to turn to their shows but also paved the way for the obliteration of the theatre from Pakistan. He is one of the architects of the demolition of this spectacular art from our country!
