Good point made. In this case you are right. Efron is actually known to be a really nice guy, and if he wanted plastic surgery so be it. He also still literally models. He looks better than 99% of humans on this earth, and that could be scientifically proven.

Yeah seriously. I don't think people understand the concept of physical body changing. Our body changes ALL the time. Especially if you went through reconstructive surgery, its a pretty common thing for someone to deal with constant puffing, reddening, nerve damage etc around the area for a long time, even permanent. Body is fragile and vulnerable like that.

My mom had severe jaw damage and she told me that it takes about 10 years for you to see the extent of the damage it does to your face. Her face looks similar to his. My mom suffers from depression because of the facial changes she experienced after her jaw injury. Your entire face structure changes over time. People don't realize that even a small procedure (like removing several teeth) can change the structure of your face. It's traumatic for someone to go through. If his jaw was shattered, he would absolutely look completely different years after the incident.

He is a talented and sweet man❤. My son and husband went to watch him get his star on the walk of fame outside China theater, and he is so sweet, handsome as can be, and treated his fans with respect and dignity. The new movie, the claw., I hope he wins the Oscar, as his acting was phenomenal, and he mentioned Matthew Perry, his good friend and costar in the movie 16 again and he’s a comedian, serious actor and he’s very young and can’t wait to watch him grow even more. He is a man with feelings, character, and cares about humanity, that earth, and so happy to watch him grow into more serious roles although I love seeing him and comedies, he is a well rounded actor, and very proud of him as a person and actor.!!

I suspect he wanted it to heal naturally but that didn’t work so he had to have it broken so he could get the surgery. You can literally see the scares on top of his lips… that’s reconstruction surgery.

If you read the story, he fell, broke his jaw, tore everything loose and that's the best they could do. He has nerve damage and so on. He's lucky they put him back together as well as they did. Or so the story goes. It's been reported on several times.

You're wrong. I've had jaw surgery multiple times and it takes half a year for the bones to mostly heal in, and maybe a couple of more months to heal all the way. When it's traumatic, that's obviously a complication, but zac just has a lot of filler, that's why he (especially his mouth area) looks like so. It could be because that's the avenue he took to disguising some things he still perceived as unsightly after that surgery.
