Ok, this has quickly become my favorite deck tech channel of all time.

I've actually just bought 4 of your other decks yesterday to introduce my students on how to play commander, but i need a breather. So many amazing decks, so quickly, so much desire to buy them all.

Keep up the great work dude! I've been trying to get my friends into commander and they love these cheap decks just to test the waters. One of them is brand new to magic entirely and he loves how you explain each card piece by piece to show what it does. Can't wait to see who you do next

This is actually the best edh channel. Found it only recently but I've found myself more inclined to watch your videos than anyone else's. Being able to suggest actual budget decks (unlike the pseudo budget from other channels) is really awesome. Thanks for your great work!

Hey Mitch, new fan and subscriber here! I've been marathoning all of your deck techs one my drive to work lately and I really love this channel. I'm even going so far as to build your Zada deck list, and I might even build the Vaevictus Asmadi deck too. One of my decks I've always wanted for EDH is Zedruu Bad Gifts, a deck that I think would make an excellent budget or even super budget deck tech. I've never figured out what he would do to win with his card draw effect, so getting a deck tech with him would be fantastic. Thanks for the amazing channel.

Since you are ramping so much you could look into: Seer's sundial - 4C - Artifact Landfall - Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay 2. If you do, draw a card. Market Price $0.14 Also if you want to add more removal for your meta: Thorscape Familiar - 1G 1C - Creature - Insect - 2/1 Red spells and white spells you play cost 1 less to play. Market Price $0.12 Another thing to think about is since you have so many creatures that sac and sorcery ramp: Far Wanderings - 1G 2C - Sorcery Search your library for a basic land card and put that card into play tapped. Then shuffle your library. Threshold - If seven or more cards are in your graveyard, instead search your library for three basic land cards, put them onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library. Market Price $0.11 Repeatable ramp: Frontier Guide - 1G 1C - Creature - Elf Scout - 1/1 1G 3C, Tap: Search your library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Then shuffle your library. Market Price $0.10

Can I just say I love this channel. It's inspiring to see that you don't need a deep pocket to be able to play edh, and I love that. Having said that, would you consider making a budget Yuriko deck? She's my favorite commander option from this year's release and would love see some crazy stuff you can do with her, especially with a $25 99-card deck.

I was looking for a combo edh decklist to gift to my best friend so I immediately rewatched your videos but I was left a bit disappointed since your only decklist on combo was for Lyzolda but that playstyle (wipe the board until you win) isn't really something he likes. Today I got notified of your upload and just found the time to watch all of the video and I was completely blown away by it! It looks so fun! I think he will love this! Thank you for all the work you put in these. Terrifically powerful. Ramp, tutor, play Zacama and go big. I played a deck much like this. How ever many playgroups dislike decks that aim to tutor infinite combo pieces. An un infinite alternative to build Zacama is to replace it's infinite pieces with pyrohemia and stuffy doll. Make as much mana as you can through mana doublers and pour it all into them.

I heard "Stormfront Riders" and my heart stopped, that is only of my favorite creatures ever and my first "build around me" card from my very first (decent) deck!! Also, this is an interesting build

Loaded the deck into Cockatrice to play around with it and hooo boy is it a blast to pilot. If I do end up pulling the trigger I'll have to goldfish with it a lot so I don't take super long turns trying to figure out my combos

would you ever consider making a video on how to deck build these commander decks? like break down why certain decks run less or more lands, what's the sweet spot between too much ramp and not enough other things to do with that mana? i'm still a pretty casual player, but i enjoy the deck building aspect, and i really like that this channel introduces more budget ways to build decks, but as i'm not aware of all of the cards yet, i'm usually lost as to where to start, and i just end up spending waay too much money to build a deck from recommended suggestions. Or what makes a good commander that is a candidate for budget builds. sorry for the long comment. i love this channel, i just binged most of the content today.

Hey, love the videos! Have you ever considered moving the ramp and rocks to the end of the videos like lands? As it stands, most of the videos have the same or very similar first 4-5 minutes.

list of upgrades you can also include for some token fun are: polyraptor, Forerunner of the empire (you are going to need both of these) and either "Avacyn, Angel of Hope" or "Assure // Assemble" to make your creatures indestructible so Forerunner never dies as you ping it over and over and over to create OVER 9000! Polyraptors to smash everyone. that said, one of these cards is not cheap, Avacyn is about 20 $. the rest is dirt cheap. Forerunner of the Empire is 70 cents, Polyraptor is around 3 $ and Assure is about 0.33 $. have fun running this combo. so the total cost for all of these upgrades is about the same cost as your whole deck - Acama, but if you take Avacyn out it is dirt cheap, but you are going to need to hit all of these 3 cards, having extra ways to make your creatures indestructible would help in the raptor process. What you replace in the deck for these cards I'll leave up to you.

I'm trying to make a commander deck for my dad for Christmas and I made him take a ravnica guild test and he got Gruul and second choice was Izzet. If you could make one on a Gruul or Temur deck that would work as a good mid-range or late game that would be cool. Cheers mate!

While I already run Zacama as a commnader with a full dinosaur package, this is an interesting build. I may build it and test it myself.

great video as usual, as a suggestion perhaps do a talrand the sky summoner. its easy enough but a powerful budget deck

I think this deck impressed me the most in terms of what you can do with just 25$ (+ ~10$ for Zacama). I think this deck would not even be suitable for some people in my playgroup, as it would simply be too powerful :P

I have a Zacama deck but this video help find improvements to it, Temur Sabertooth is the golden pig of this deck by a far amount, also a strategy that can be used to just win the game with zacama without generating infinite mana is to use enchaments that when creatures enter the battlefield deal damage to target creature or player like for example, Warstorm Surge, Where ancient thread, Sarkhan's Unsealing

Y'know when I first saw Temur Sabertooth during a draft I thought it was a "meh" card at best. How wrong I was.

Eldrazi displacer. It's a 2W 2/3 eldrazi with divoid And "2C: exile target creature, then return it to play tapped. " which let's you go infinite with just the 4 mana, plus it can blink your other ETBs for just 3 mana. And you have enough sources of colorless that you don't even need to change the manabase.

I recently got Zacama form a Booster that was on sale, and my friend suggested I make a commander out of her... I've got no clue how or the money to make a decent deck, so I'm watching this

i made a version that relys on on sanctum of eternity so its harder to remove and lots of cheap tutors for non-basic lands kills on 13 or 12 lands. less with the cost reducers

Might I suggest impact tremors, an enchsntment that says "when a creature etb's, it deals 1 damage to each opponent" which is a relatively inexpensive pinger. Then for non-budget upgrades, mirari's wake which adds additional mana and acts as a lord for 3wg. Also for my curiosity, no mana rocks?? In my personal build, with rocks, ideally Zacama comes out turn 3. It actually averages turn 4-5 and at which point people either try to kill him right away, or get their boards wiped.

There are a bunch of cards in this deck that I can use in some of my other decks.

Zamaca...makes that sailback dinosaur in Jurassic Park III look like a pile of puke. Same goes for the goofy hybrid dinosaur in Jurassic World I and every other silly dinosaur in the next six to nine Jurassic Park/World/Universe movies. If it's not Zamaca, it's just a lizard. i've built a zacama dinosaur theme deck. It runs a lot enchantments but also some heavy creatures. Any advice on creatures other than zacama to use for attacking?

Hi Mitch, i love this deck. So I built it. Cost me around 70€ including Zacama. I almost always loose against elves. They are just too fast and trample me to death one or two turns before I could combo off. So, do you thing it would be reasonable to include creature killers like savage twister or ratchet bomb?

I would add torment of hell fire. With so much mana it can become a finisher or a huge punch in the face.
