@@THEOne-zx3fePerhaps he *is* the real deal. Certainly off to a good start. This was just the last of many great performances; he’s had a terrific college career.

One of the most satisfying parts of watching these two compete at this level is knowing that they developed greatly over the course of their college basketball career. They've worked their way up with several years of extremely hard work. They're not just the hype of "athletic potential", they're polished professional-ready basketball players that should be instant and solid contributors in the NBA for many years to come.

This my 1st time ever hearing about Edey, & i went to look at an earlier highlight after i saw this, & noticed his team doesn't really react when he scores like other teams do when you can see the bench on the offensive side during the 2nd half 🤔

Edey should be the #1 pick in the 2024 draft, very few bigs can guard him in the nba.

@@oliver_apya he tends to not be able to use his presence. He’s a better version of Tacko fall on offense but worse on defense. Being that tall and having guys score over him is worrisome

@@4evahodlingdoge226his defense isn’t actually smart. He gives up on the player too easily meaning he lets the player score over without a hard contest or he allow the player to throw up a lob

1. The time resets when he has one foot out and picks the other up 2. It doesn’t apply if he makes a move at the basket

Agreed. Edey is not the best. He’s just big. If you’re 7’4” and 300 lbs, all you have to be is a mediocre athlete to shine. Knecht is the total package.

Never more so than in women's college basketball where the bigs just stand there and get put backs and rebounds. That's what makes Caitlyn Clark so great. She is all over the freaking court!

Zach Edey is just tall but too slow and no skills. He can not fit modern day NBA. Kai Sotto from the Philippines is better than anyone in NBA draft this year

He has touch, can shoot, rebound and block shots. He literally gets double and triple teamed everytime he touches the ball.

@@blakesmith986lol who cares about your dumb nba that doesn't allow centers anymore cuz all its for is entertainment and points - it's not even about winning it's just playing fast and putting up 150 points and only THEN is it about winning. Edey can shoot 65% hook shots at ANY level whether the nba liberals let him or not. But he's going top 15 in draft regardless of what you think
