Probably keep one/sell one...The 10k btu is a Frigidaire I believe, I'm selling it as well...the 8K will get used in the kitchen window and I have a 5k micro for the bedroom. The guy who lives next door to this house built it, he started out building an 8x8 shed (the room with the AB Petite) and just kept going til there was a house

I think the ceiling fan at 0:40 may be a Saff enterprise PX52/Emerson traditional snugger.
