In 1997, Thierry Gillier had the desire to establish a unique, effortless and unruly luxury house. A dream that sounds like a revolt, which he named ZADIG&VOLTAIRE, and whose history is based on the revival of knitwear as well as Merino wool and the anti-conformism of cashmere. Driven by Cecilia Bönström's creative vision, the young House imagines a new identity for knitwear. 25 years later, the dream continues with an anniversary drop where the stunning knits that have become icons, demonstrate an exceptional craftsmanship, in perpetual renewal.
As part of Zadig&Voltaire's commitment to sustainability, all cashmere knits are certified by the Good Cashmere Standard* label and the Merino wool used for the Fall-Winter 22 collection is certified by the Responsible Wool Standard*.
