hahaha, I watched a video once about the NFL.... and all the um...."symbolism" in the vernacular.... "end zone", "tight end", running the ball to achieve ground game "penetration".... it was pretty funny!!

Vancouver would have to be ridiculously stupid to give him up. The MLSE allowed Shanahan and Dubas to create this horrendously overpaid team with a lack of character over everything else when it matters most: The Playoffs. That's what makes them so unlikable, and Leaf fans have every right to be negative, because when the Playoffs come around, we suck. And if you suck in the Playoffs you suck period. This isn't English Premier League, it's the Nhl.

He didn't elevate his game, Vancouver is the first team that actually let's him play his game. In Colorado Bednar almost looked mad if he made a hit or scored a goal. Then Calgary was pretty much just a dumpster fire after Tkachuk left

Love big Z. Have for years... he is awesome until he makes the most insane turnover in the worst part of the ice. Never quite ironed that out. Love him to death though

there's no world in which the canucks dont give this dude whatever he wants. also, the leafs wouldn't be able to sign this dude without getting rid of one of your core 4 players first. also, need i mention, the canucks have made it further than the leafs have in what, 14 years or something like that?

Brodie is coming off the books, along with a slew of other players, including Samsonov's 4.5. They'll have room to sign him. They're likely going to trade mitch. I can't see the Canucks not resigning him though
