Thank you! I have a blown unit from China that is similar, but the chips had the numbers sanded off. Mine works great, with Tesla pan cake coils, and can run large Dc motors. Adding capacitors and schottky diodes bridge gets over 378 volts DC output. Good fun! ( a copper foil output coil was a bad idea) Cheers Warren

12 V supply, 2 kilowatts will demand over 160 (!) amps. No way the clip leads can carry that much current. Nice idea, but don't believe the 2 kW. For comparison, a car starter motor draws under 100 A at 12 V.

No, this circuit can output more than 60V and 200A across the coil when running it at full power due to resonance

@@ajatsingle1703 well, believe me or not but if you put an AC signal into a resonance circuit with the exact frequency, the voltage and current across a resonance circuit will rises to infinity if there no resistance This circuit works like an pendulum and 2 mosfet act like 2 hand pushing it every oscillating cycle

You're right. 2000 Watts by 12 Volts are 166 Ampere. The connection with crocodile clips does not even manage 50 amps

@@Didi1.275 yup. and they also cant explain how the number of turns affects the power that will be delivered to the workpiece as its just a transformer reflecting impedances at the square of the turns ratio... im running one off of 150V, and i can actually get a genuine 2kw.... no clickbait required. the really interesting part about this? first... a g40n60 is an IGBT. and ZVS oscillators dont work with IGBTs... then theres those diodes. 1n4007? really? at 250khz? a plain old standard 1n4007? i suspect someones doing a bit of cheating regards their little demonstrations versus what they actually "made". there is a reason most of my time on YT is now spent simply reporting all these clickbait scam channels with DIY "instructional" BS videos.

Мощность на выходе всегда, ВСЕГДА ниже потребляемой. Мощность в 2000 вт означает что при напряжении питания в 12 вольт ток питания около 160 ампер. Провода, которыми подключили схему сгорели бы в три секунды! Они выдерживают 10 ампер и то кратковременно. Значит мощность не более 100 вт. Кто сомневается проверьте максимальныцъй ток транзисторов.

Need to pull this to bits a little. The 'G40N60 IGBT's are rated at 625 Watts each but not your circuit. The 10K resistors are colour coded for 100K. The green choke is intended for noise supression not as a power inductor (totally different permubility). You can use any size of coil and alter the capacitors so that the resonant frequency is within the range of the IGBT's.

The 10k resistors are colour-coded correctly. The common mode choke he's using as a saturable centre-tapped inductor is demonstrably suitable - it has a high permeability core. It determines the switching frequency to a large extent.

Este circuito se ve mucho en internet, es un oscilador que a la vez es driver ZVS y realmente funciona muy bien. Es obvio que ni de broma obtienes 2kW a 12V pero con el mismo tipo de circuito, otros componentes y mas tensión, nada que no se pueda hacer :P

2 кВт на 12 вольтах - примерно 200 Ампер. Забавно посмотреть на бедолагу, у которого все эти сопли расползутся в руках после нескольких минут работы 🤣 UPD - Я понял! Этот тип прочел в даташите рабочие параметры транзисторов и решил, что его подпихуйка разовьет именно эту мощность! Куплю на лето шины от Порша. У меня бибика и так шустрая, а с такими ваще полетит!

At 2kw this circuit will draw 170 amps. The device would have to be powered by a car battery. Wires and connections are nowhere big enough.

Übrigens , Leistung ist Spannung * Strom. Wenn die Spannung grösser wird verringert sich der Strom ohne das mehr Leistung aus der Batterie oder ähnlich kommt.

Bu devre kullanılabilecek bir devredir. Evet DC gerilimden dolayı 2kW olması imkansız, ancak bu devreye olduğu gibi 110-220 VDC uygulanır ve bobin de su ile soğutulursa 2 kW rahat verir. 1N4007 olmaz diyenlerede şunu söyleyeceğim diodun hızından dolayı MOSFET ler rahat çalışabiliyor. Aksi taktirde miller bölgesine girer girmez mosfet kapanacak ve bir kaç MHz de çalışmaya çalışıp patlayacaktır. Sevgiler saygılar.

NO way that thing will produce 2 Kilowatts. I'd be VERY surprised if it draws much over 10 amps at the 12 volts (120 watts) that you say you are using. Why do you misrepresent your project this way?

frekans çok yüksek. daha fazla kapasitör ekleyerek frekansı 50khz yapabilirsiniz. benzer bi çalışmayı 20 adet kapasitörle yaptım 48khz de çalışıyor.
