does the surfaces of the laptop feel cooler though, because I have a similar cooler and even though the components don't get cooler, it doesn't feel as hot in my hands as it would without the cooler.

I would LOVE the see an unboxing of a Be Quiet! product while the baby is sleeping...

is it possible to power the cooler on just a single usb 3 port? i have a macbook air 2012 and only has two usb ports and i need the other for mouse and stuff
@ArIke47511 жыл бұрын
does it come with the wire connecting it to the laptop or does that have to be purchased separately ?

I know its old and stuff but i'm buying for my laptop, so what do you guys think? This or the M6 Audio Notebook Cooler?

Umm, Idk but, the fan is big but, it is in the middle. My computer is 17 inch and it heats on the far left side of the laptop.. Will it even cool down my laptop?

I take it you're expert at such things.

Cheers, yeah I recognized Afterburner for monitoring the GPU but it was the window on the left I was curious about. AFAIK there's no way to monitor CPU temps in Afterburner?
@flawedthinker11 жыл бұрын
I have an 18.4" Toshiba Satellite. Will that still work, because it gets really hot.
@Gunbardo11 жыл бұрын
So then what do you think about the cooler master notepal U3, would it do the trick?
@Pimmer123111 жыл бұрын
I have a very noisy computer and i was wondering if this thing would make it swap from the fan inside my laptop to the fan on that pad? My computer is very noisy (I can hear it through closed doors) so i am looking for some way to decrease the CPU. Is This pad gonna fix the problem?

Linus, I guarantee you your house is big enough for you to do the videos somewhere where you can be as loud as you want without disturbing the baby.

@Gunbardo11 жыл бұрын
Hmm, is this any good?
@somebody2222211 жыл бұрын
you should've kept the cpu and gpu fan constant throughout all 3 tests. we would get a better idea to determine how well the notebook cooler works. some gpu fans always regulate the fan to stay within a temp range. the gpu temp might've been relatively the same, but the fan could've been running lower rpms.

Is there a spoon in that bowl on the floor cuz your cats actually know how to eat with utensils ?
@klannstyle4 жыл бұрын
Damn, how old this one is. I forgot you were a beginner too ;-)))
@desolderingpump201011 жыл бұрын
I think you were supposed to turn off the Notebook, let it cool down (or at least get it down to an ideal temperature) then turn on the cooler to do the test(s). The notebook is already hot from previous game run. Coolers cool’s a little but they prevent heat to build up.

That must be tough trying to be quiet like that. I live in an old house and our walls are really thick and made of the old plaster they used to use, can't hear someone talking in the next room.

a cpu/gpu stress test would test the cooling of the pad much better than a game. that way everything is the same.
