I forgot to mention that once you go after the life insurance company, you can also have them pay all of your attorney fees because had you not have your identity stolen by their employee, then you wouldn’t need to hire an attorney. Also, you can have the life insurance company pay for pain and suffering, as well as damages, such as paying the creditors. It’s ok that you already took this route, because your attorney can then use this judgement that you already won, to fight against the life insurance company.
