Got curious, ran a calc from game 2. If my entries are correct, assuming it doesn't have a +Def nature, that Torkoal would've been a guaranteed OHKO to +5 Body Press unless it had more than 160 Defense EVs. (44 Defense EVs for a slim chance to survive if +Def nature).

It is specifically for the case where Download gives P2 an Attack boost instead of a Special Attack boost. I don’t remember if the 4EVs are for a specific calc or if it is just to ensure Atk > Spa for Tera Blast though.

Why heavy slam on zamazenta over bash? It does have a higher max power but against most restricted mons and a few other mons it’s going to be weaker will be weaker than behemoth bash

I guess the main sell point is that it guarantee a OHKO on flutter mane, instead of a possible roll with behemoth bash. Also, it does more against some other common pokemon, like amoongus.

@@cassiolins1203 just did the damage call, both seem to nearly do 200% so that’s probably not the case for flutter mane, and while it may do better against the mushroom, against caly ice for example, you would probably want to be able to damage it with a behemoth bash, unless body press +1 does more

@@Enjinercraft you put attack EV on zamazenta to get those numbers. Zama doesnt run attack EV's on these kind of teams so the heavy slam is always a ko and behemoth isnt
