I agree with you, Thando Mzamo. The idiotic artwork of Street Fighter V represents "why" Street Fighter is no longer popular the way it was in the 1990s. Zangief was supposed to be by the biggest character - standing 7' feet tall with large muscular arms. This Abigail artwork is so overwhelmingly STUPID is ruins the game. Abigail must be 10' feet tall with arms about 40 inches in size.

@@michaelzoran T Hawk was bigger than Zangief in every game they're both in. Abigail's design is ridiculous, but it's pretty consistent with the size of the Andores from Final Fight and how they towered over Haggar. But no matter how big you make the new massive characters, Zangief is THE SF grappler.

@@mrmacross You are correct about T Hawk. But, T Hawk had "acceptable" artwork. Based on his Height/Weight, he actually looked "realistic." In comparison, Abigail does not look "Realistic." Abigail is what the French call..."Dumb."

@@michaelzoran That's fair. I thought something similar to Hugo's design in USF4. Hugo's supposed to be like a half-foot taller than T. Hawk, just like T. Hawk is like a half-foot taller than Zangief, but the scaling and proportions of the design was totally out of whack. EDIT: And Hugo's supposed to be similarly sized to Abigail based on their Final Fight sprites essentially being the same from the neck down, but then Capcom went full stupid in designing Abigail for SFV. The only thing I liked about Abigail's design was that some modders made a Juggernaut mod for him, so combined with a Colossus mod for Zangief you can have funny-looking matches.

It's amazing how this game has been around for 30+ years and they never truly added anything significant to it. The mechanics and moves of the characters have pretty much remained the same. The graphics are great and they may have a few new characters but outside of that, not much different overall 🤷🏾♂️

I dont understand this concept in beat'em up games. You win 1 round, the AI goes crazy in 2nd round and wins. Making 3rd round more interesting. This battle follows the same concept?
