Bringing you guys the final video of this machine, as she is now up for sale and in storage until she sells. The best feature of having a Washer Dryer as a temporary machine means I can film a Drying only cycle. So a Cotton Dry with a 1/2 - 3/4 load of coloured cotton shirts for this one, to make it nice and colourful and very satisfying to watch.

electrolux REALLY like using their pumps during drying. all my W\Ds have only used it when necessary, which i much prefer. ETA - 22:17 - mine's a ZWF844B3PW 8kg 1400rpm, non-W\D model

Nope it’s on Cottons Dry. Look carefully at 18:39 and when I’m selecting the cycle. I would have known the difference lol

did you get that lovely smell you get from washer dryers when there drying

Well, with this model you did get that smell to a certain extent, but sadly modern day Washer Dryers are designed to not vent the steam out of the drawer during drying. With an older/vintage one however, that smell is far more stronger as they vent steam/vapour out of the drawer on drying

the last time I saw a washer dryer drying was at a holiday cottage we rented a couple of years back. it got very hot, but still took well over 4 hours to dry and it was constantly wineing, like it was in distribution before spin. before seeing some of the washer dryers you have had recently i had never seen one that did a thurlo spinn.

early 2010s hotpoint round door W\Ds give such an amazing washer dryer smell, especially during their thermospin.
