Zanussi Lindo 300 Diagnostic mode

How to test and enter diagnostic mode for a Zanussi Lindo 300 washing machine. My washing machine was leaking from the seal so I reshaped the seal with a hair dryer and wanted to check the seal. So I entered diagnostic mode to fill and spin to check the integrity of the seal.

I did get a code 51 on this model and it says "motor triac" Well it didn't hat to do anything with the triac in my case but it was the heating element that was leaking power to the ground.

The drain and spin programme isn’t working properly and l suspect there is a blockage as a result of my grandson’s pen having unknowingly gone in with his blazer! How do l clear this please?

Apparently you have to remove the back panel and check the drain pump attached to the drum. At least that is what I have found online looking up the E20 error code.

@@hemera73nope I ended up calling out an engineer who had to go at the back of the machine where the filter is under the drum where it was blocked up.
