Holy shit. Just... holy shit. 😵 Ever since I first saw your first mermaid sculpture, I knew you were amazingly talented. Now, over a hundred thousand subscribers will see this and know you're verging into professional territory--you're turning into the rare gallery-level artist. Those of us who make a living in the arts have trouble paying the bills and get serious burnout. Its not easy, but I would be a shit artist if I didn't encourage you in what you do. You clearly have something VERY special. This piece could easily be picked up by a miniature atelier or gallery and sold to a high-end collector. And I think you should totally go for it. 💗

@Lea Sideman You're right. I was referring to the level of clientele and what they would pay for these kinds of pieces. I'm no appraiser, but work like this could easily get $1K through a specialty miniature dealer.

I actually gasped when you made the dream catcher kit into a metallic armillary sphere. The whole piece is lovely, but the way you’re able to create such varied texture with the sculpting details and some paint just fascinates me.

I feel you, sometimes in my projects I encounter the "Slog". Some tedium I relish in, other I procrastinate on out of disgust. I find that to replenish that dry well of motivation just basking in the inspiration for the piece rekindles the fire.
