【候任总理访问】 黄循财：选中我接棒 就挺身扛下责任 Lawrence Wong: I will step up and take the responsibility

Күн бұрын即将在2024年5月15日接棒的候任总理黄循财，接受本地媒体联访时，叙述了第四代团队达成共识选出接班人的过程。
第四代领导团队原已在2018年，选定时任财政部长王瑞杰为同侪之首，但他在2021年请辞，以让位给跑道更长的较年轻人选。李显龙总理过后委托退休部长许文远，协调促成团队选出新接班人。
总理在2022年4月16日召开记者会宣布黄循财是接班人，并透露第四代团队达成共识选出的过程。谈到这个过程，黄循财受访时透露，第四代领导团队中较年轻的部长于是自问，该怎么进行，要如何选出新领军人。而他们很早就达成共识，不会排除任何人，希望有个更开放和彻底的过程。到时无论选了谁，其他人都会全力支持。
许文远个别询问了17位内阁部长、前国会议长陈川仁，以及全国职工总会秘书长黄志明共19人的意见，最终有15人推选了黄循财。
黄循财上任前接受本地媒体联访，他回答《联合早报》提问时说，得知自己获推举为同侪之首时，他很惊讶。“当我回家告诉妻子时，她也感到惊讶，但我们其实已经有了心理准备，因为她知道我也是这个推选过程的一员。当初参与时，我们就决定会接受任何结果。”
从幕后工作的公务员，走向台前成为政治人物，如今肩负国家领导人重任，近30年的公职生涯将进入下一个里程碑。黄循财说，他一点也不后悔选了这条路，这是一趟很有意义且充实的旅程。
Singapore Prime Minister-designate Lawrence Wong will be sworn in on the 15th May 2024. In a recent media interview, he revealed how the 4G leadership reached a consensus with him taking the helm.
Lawrence Wong described how he felt surprised when the results were disclosed, “when I went back home to tell my wife, she was surprised too. But we have been prepared for it, because she knew I was part of the process. And we knew that going into this, we will accept the outcome of the process. And if this is the result, then I will step up, and I will take on the responsibility. ”
Lawrence Wong was a career civil servant before entering politics. His 30 years of public service will enter a whole new phase after taking over the baton from PM Lee Hsien Loong. To him, this has been a meaningful and fruitful journey, one which he does not regret one bit.

新加坡在李光耀设计的norm里，培养，选择，观察，寻找热爱公共服务，有热情，有激情，正直，同时很实际，这种寻找寻找加培养需要很多年，然后交棒。只是遗憾新加坡是个小孤僻，许多大国根本不去想这个系统可能很好，而不是大家已经完全被洗脑的“西方民主制度“，美式的民主，解决了独裁这个问题，但是花太多时间吵架，互相制约的结果是get nothing done. 一个新手上任，刚学会就又该换下去了。 祝福新加坡这个世外桃源。

希望你能做到，好像以前你光要的。家事法庭还有现在的法官好像刚刚协助法官这样。完全拖拖拉拉。导致人们很辛苦。他要的怎样走法，我都一一这样。事实的真相也说了，真话也说了，没有讲过骗话。但是这个压力导致人真的崩溃。在此请求你。帮帮忙吧，因为我女儿是下不公平，但是我只是轻卡，也不是Pr，20多年了。每一次都讲结束了。不需要再申请72条法定73条法律。全部都是废话。请求你他累计下的黑名单太多了，但是为什么你们的法官每次都一拖再拖，他说没钱就没钱，为什么我说你不信？欠钱还债绝对是一个公平公正的，但是下设法庭为什么做不到？我也不想说你显红，因为他这首过后这个法律真的是让人非常的头痛。感到非常大的压力和崩溃。希望你们能够研究一下为什么？还有这两百块善良的呗。😢没有还清我的。两百块他也不慌。因为你没有写他要坐牢，他就不还了。真的没有觉得。公平的对待。因为他是小包男人，我女儿也是新加坡人。

At this moment, opposition parties DO NOT have the capability and creditability to government and lead Singapore and Singaporeans towards a better life. And the opposition parties know that. If they try to form to do that by forming a coalition government, Singapore will definitely in a terrible state, people will leave the country and we will be gone in days. Foreign investors will pull out from Singapore and we will lose our influence in the global economy.
