She sounded more open when she was younger but her vocal technique has gotten bad she tends to strain her voice and you can hear the tension in her voice she really needs to get a vocal coach or else they way she's straining her voice could do some serious damage in the future 💜

i think one of the reasons may be because sadly she doesn't warm up before she performs... :( But i hope she improves more.. Yeah her voice is starting to get worse... I still love her though, she is still pretty good though!

i agree, as good as her voice sounds she needs to change her vocal technique to ensure she doesn't permanently damage her voice, maybe her choice of type of songs in her next album will have that in mind
