i mean what did you expect majority of the Fullbringer minus Tsukishima and Ginjo are just 3rd Seat to vice captain level that is a drastic different from even the weakest captain much less Kenpachi. Ordinary Vice Captain = Grade 5 Ordinary Captain Level = Grade 3

Giriko never had time based abilities. His ability is actually a form of limited causality manipulation. He makes a contract with an entity known as the god of time, whom will reward the subjects if it is fulfilled, or punish them if it is violated. Him powering himself up is simply one of an infinite number of applications of his Fullbring, although not very creative on his part.

Well his shikai and bankai were both revealed only at the end of the whole story.😂,every movie or series has a money shot. For bleach it is kenpachi zaraki. Nothing gets the fans hyped up as zaraki does.
