2 cup sugar ( 400 g )
1/2 cup ghee ( 125 g )
dry fruits of your choice
1 tbsp kewra water
1/2 tsp food color
1/2 cup khoya (100-150 g )

4-5 cloves
4-5 green cardamom

Mene frst time bnaya zarda to wo chawal tight ho gae the parat wala bnaya tha.. is bar apke method se bnaya pehle sari chini uske bad chawal or ek dam perfect zarda bana 😊.. thanku so much ❤
