How do you come up with designs on the fly with Zbrush? Do you sketch them out first?

No I just start sculpting and see where it takes me, other times I have a general idea of what I want to make as well. I'm not very good at sketching with pen and paper.

The best way to get your work seen is using Instagram and artstation. The more you show and dedicate yourself to improving the more you'll get noticed.... Hope this helps
