My sweet birdie died last week. I miss her chirps when I would wake up. She was always the happiest to see me. Thank you for this.

you have two males there. they really need to fly horizontally and have a nest and some grass blades for them to have something to do. they need celery, spinach lettuce, boiled egg yolk and calcum source such as cuttle bone for them to thrive. they will overeat on smillet spray so they should get only a one stick every couple of days. they will pig out on it and get diarrhea if they have too much millet spray. Lebre's finch pellets are very good for them for vitamins.

there is a rather wide chicken coop (wood and wire) that you can get on wayfair that provides 3 feet of horizontal flight. they don't need height as much as width. Also bear in mind that their tiny feet require smaller branches to perch on you can get from outside. grass blades are very much loved by finches to weave with and play with

YES d cage is too small n keep some natural wooden perches. u hv to let them fly horizontally. they may b small birds but require a very big cage.

Ya. After knowing the two are males, we exchanged it with two white finches from the pet shop. The white finches video is also added in the comment.

It's obvious that you have no regard for these birds quality of life. They need a much much wider cage so they can at least fly. People who keep birds in small cages are incredibly cruel, especially when they have the choice to give them more space. Think about how you would like to be in a 12ft x 12ft cage for the rest of your life.
