This song is composed like a 90’s pop ballad with a modern EDM sound. The key change towards the end is influenced by this era of music. Kehlani sounds amazing in this song!!

One of the reasons why EDM is alive is because the artists constantly innovate and go to other directions like in ZEDD’s case. Yes, I also loved tracks like spectrum and I see a lot of people complaining about how he should go back to his old stile. Lets be honest, if he continued doing the same type of songs people would be complaining about how he never tries something new, but ZEDD is a genius and he is trying something new and different and come on... the song is amazing. ✨

the biggest reason why I love him is ZEDD IS ALWAYS TRYING NEW STUFF and stepping out of his comfort zone (the early bops I know I love spectrum too). that's what artists do. invent and master one style and turn to the next one. idc what ppl say he's changing. Zedd is just the best for me.

Idk why people is like commenting how Zedd should bring back his ‘old’ style. I mean he should produce his music freely and do whatever he feels like doing. I knew that Zedd is always producing bops and he’s one of the best producer out there in the edm scene. I will always support his work and his music. This song is not the usual edm but more to pop music, very refreshing from Zedd and the vocal is pretty good too. We should have faith in him, maybe he has tons of bops that are yet to release.

It’s not that his new songs aren’t good. Zedd is one of the original DJs that turned EDM mainstream back in the early 2010’s, and not a lot of other DJs really have the same household name. I think Beautiful Now and True Colors (Kesha version) are still his best songs, and a lot of people fell in love with traditional EDM because of him. It’s hard to see him change so much so fast

Probably he wont make song like Clarity, Stay the night because most people want something fresh to ear. If Zedd would make song like 2014, most people would be saying why this sounds so old. And it's hard to make something original in 2019 where you got a ton of creative producers

Well as a producer, I think the production is crisp and crystal clear, The mixing engineer has fined every segment to its core at an another level, The stereo wide is exceptionally bliss and pleasent. The artisticity of acoustic drum, brush strokes, pluck and the clock is motivating and powerful. every producer's wish is to have a mix and production like this piece of music. Zedd, Kehlani and his mixing engineer ❤🍕🍕❤
