Could you please help me turn on compatible GPU to use animated zoom. Im using AMD Radeon 5500M. I turned Ai highest performance in sysyem setting but it didnt work, please help.

You enable animated zoom from the overhead menu Illustrator > Preferences > Performance. And then check Animated Zoom. You can change the zoom settings in Preferences > GPU Performance.
