এই দুর্ঘটনার মূল কারন হলো রেলে পর্যাপ্ত কর্মী নেই,একটা মানুষ 5জনের কাজ একা করতে হচ্ছে।

Accident occured in morning without fog, no curvature, visibility was clear, loco pilot unable to break and hit. Thinkable matter.

Railway so called educated officers(PCME, AME, DME, SR DME etc) use railway staffs for their personal needs instead of official duties with undue favour..please take necessary action..these wrongdoings are very prevalent in eastern railways sealdah division..most bengali staffs are faced humiliation by non bengali officers..if you look into the matter you will find enough evidence..

Continuous auto failure in signalling system itself is a big failure in these digital days. Whatever, under such circumstances , caution should have been taken during run ....to avoid accident. Rly's operation rules are sufficiently full of safety....it's code of conduct & service rules are no less than military service rules. The need is just to follow every rule rigidly. কোন রেল কর্মীর গাফিলতি প্রমানিত হলে তাকে চাকরি থেকে বরখাস্ত করা উচিত। তাহলে ট্রেন দুর্ঘটনা কমবে।

Unbiased Enquiry should be done. In every accident driver is not alone responsible. Railway authority is always blaming the running staff. There are also different departments they might also be responsible.

Why Kanchen jungha express was getting stopped at that point that should also be a vital question in this accident. clearance cannot be given to that ill fated goods train to proceed if earlier train have not passed quite a safe distance from the train to follow through the same line. A full loaded goods train needs at least 4-5 km to stop from its full speed. In this case why those two loco pilots failed to see the train( Kanchan jungha express) standing in the same line in time & applied brake. No body wants to die uselessly.
