Just for context since I didn’t see any comments explain it this song is a response to Dave saying on twitter that they should increase stop and searches following the Harry he mentioned being murdered. People weren’t happy with it considering the rocky relationship between police and people from the streets. The whole hangman concept came from that how you can be loved as a celeb but you can say something people don’t agree with and people turn on you

You should also do Daves Blackbox freestyles, there is 2 different videos. These were done when he was really young, I think 16 so you can see the progression from raw emotion and talent to more refined finished work through the years.

Excellent reaction 👌 Re the twitter thing, when Dave's friend Harry was 🔪 ed, Dave was upset and twitted suggesting more searches to prevent the shanking in the future. He got a backlash for that, as historically feds have been 'stop and searching' young black men disproportionally more then other races and it was a sensitive issue. Dave withdrew the statement later and responded with this track, getting back to people good books.

For me, mostly everyone deserves "more", but people are not entitled to "more" and that is what i find people feel these days. Like i will always be grateful for anyone who has ever and will ever help me in my life, but I'm not entitled to it. That's a crazy way to think, How can you be grateful and appreciative of something you were entitled to and always should have got regardless..
