It's been a while since we uploaded on my English channel, but the last couple of weeks we filmed some of our german videos for this channel in english language as well. Main reason we stopped posting here was because I needed to focus my energy on the growth of my companies in Germany. I think the idea, the concept of this camera is really innovative, and that is really exciting, suddenly you can see the potential; take a shot, edit it, send it off, (if u r in a Wi-Fi spot !) But it seems that it’s really not fulfilling its promise. If it doesn’t auto-focus quickly, if the image colours aren’t accurate, if it take 30” to switch on …. these are basic things that cameras at a 1/4 of the cost can now do superbly. And then there’s the price … Verdict : Not Yet !! (perhaps the mk 11, or mk 111…) // Excellent review, thanks.

Pretty nicely covered review. The start up time is a killer. I think for the concept to work, it has to start up like an android phone does, not like a PC. Feel like they would have been better off skipping the android and the built in apps, lowering the price a tick and then they would have a worthy Q2 alternative with a 35mm vs. 28mm lens, which many people want. The lens is no doubt excellent - interesting attempt.

The only time this would (have) been useful to me is when I was at an event and had to upload photos from my phone to Instagram onsite to beat other media outlets. Apart from that, I've always had the ability to download at home and work through the raws on a nice big monitor. As an all in one solution for travel, personal photography or a certain kind of documentary work, it does seem to make sense, though.
