Okay, I'm going to put my interpretation here as every other English person is. So, this child (Whom in my understanding is named Karina) is born into a household. She was a happy child, until one day her parents decided to bring her into whatever twisted ring that was, where she's forced to kill at the excitement of people watching. She drowns in hate, both of the people she used to know's and her own hate for herself. One day, she reflects on everything that's happened. Everyone who's been pushed away, everyone who's betrayed her, and everyone who's gotten pleasure from her pain and killing. That's when she snaps, eventually finding happiness in murder and going full insane. In the third repeat sequence, the crowd is sweating, seeing her finally enjoy everything. They realize this isn't how she's supposed to be, and in the sequence after that, the people are gone and the blood has spread all around the frame. My theory about this is that she was kidnapped and taken to a place where they record kids fighting to the death with weapons. One day she wanted to fight back and saw scissors, she used them to kill the adults who did such horrible things. She then thought that killing was fun, and it became her hobby. She killed police trying to arrest her. She then killed the queen and took her throne, and killed the king. She's called the candle queen because she killed the queen and king with fire from their fancy candles.

I know, I am extremely late to make theories behind this edit/animation meme. This is also heavily based off of Sixbow's interpretation... The child's name is Karina and seemed to have an overall good home life. ( timestamp: 0:04 ) There are two ways this could've gone at ( timestamp: 0:12 ) Theory 1: the two people seemed to be 'anonymous' which means it might've not been her parents, going off this theory at the time they were discussing that they could make money off the child (the reason behind the person holding up a three with their fingers) Theory 2: One of the people could've been Karina's parent/guardian, and the other was someone that was discussing that they could make money off the child, I would say possibly the family was poor since no signs of wealth were inputted during this timestamp, or beforehand, but we have no proof of the family being poor either. At ( timestamp: 0:17 ) I am assuming this is her inside the room with the young boy that she was being forced to murder at ( timestamp: 0:48 ). After murdering the boy either she was pulled into a ring revealing herself covered in the blood of the boy, and maybe the boy lifeless, OR the walls went down, revealing herself. ( timestamp: 0:53 ) it shows three children with blood splattered on their bodies referencing Karina murdering them as she's in the middle of this scene I assume sobbing including at ( timestamp: 0:57 ) She's in a room alone sitting at ( timestamp: 1:00 ) it's obvious this was a time skip as for her growth spurt and she's emotionless during this scene. She'd look forwards to seeing scissors a little bit away from her, and grabbing them ( timestamp: 1:05 and 1:06 ). From what you see at ( timestamp: 1:07 ) she snaps, either feeling rage or a lightbulb. Rage: She grabbed the scissors staring at them, the scissors were a reflection of a weapon causing her to think back to how the people used her for entertainment inflicting physical pain on the victims and herself as a victim of being emotionally destroyed. Snapping herself she'd go mad and murder the victims or even maybe the people forcing her to do (Could explain why the crowd was in shock/fear at ( timestamp: 1:08 ) Lightbulb: She grabbed the scissors and stared at them. As she began to reflect on everything, she soon thinks 'Well, what if I gave them what they wanted?" Snapping herself to kill her victims or the people who were forcing her to murder. The crowd would notice how the girl was cheerful and going mad (explains why the crowd was in shock/fear at ( timestamp: 1:08 ). ( timestamp: 1:26 ) She's shown finally wearing something other than a dress that has no details & the choker on her neck. The crowd is gone, and blood is shown everywhere other than herself, referring to her murdering everyone in the building/room. I have three endings to this, she either takes over this twisted place and becomes one of the people she despised, she tries to have a normal life after all of the shitty things that happened during her childhood (I highly doubt this ending), or she leaves the filthy place but is mad and goes off to fulfill whatever she wants to do now. SUPER LONG, and I'm sorry but I just wanted to say what I interpreted. ^^
