12 Episodes in just over a year of YouTubing! This time bringing you some interesting Glitches from The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword! Tried a little comedy in this one to try and change things up, not sure how well that went XD
There are some Basic ones that don't take much to pull off, but there are some more difficult but wayyyy more interesting ones towards the end of the video, so make sure you stay tuned to see them! :D
Longest video that I've done for a while, and definitely took the longest time to make too, but I have to say it's turned out great so I hope you all enjoy!

Well, I'll be honest here, I've never ever owned a PS2 or 3 XD So getting a chance to record them would be a struggle buttttt I do have friends who are collectors, so I can see about putting it on the list for future and borrow from them. Honestly, this was funny and useful and insightful. I like how you blend comedy in with the glitches as well. I mean, with the glitch to zeldas room early, it would be pretty strange if karane just came in as you started glitching through every thing. Like link, why are you standing on my table and very pricey loftwing dolls!!!!!! those weren' t cheap!!!! Idk it is just funny how you present the glitches.

R TOnline Ahhh, that's where the illusion begins... I made sure to transfer the saves to SD card before deleting so I could copy them back again ;D Also, the saves I used were from GameFAQs for this one, so I kinda cheated, but my 100% saves are on the PC still, worked to hard to get rid!

MikeyTaylorGaming I experimented with the back in time glitch and had to start over. I started a file and saved at the same time. I ended up teleported to an area a bit away from the bird statue I saved at and ended up in an infinite falling loop. Also, because I saved, I was stuck there. Oh well... I already beat the game.

A common glitch I like to use is the one involving placing bombs and backflipping fast enough to get higher than a normal backflip would allow. I always use it once I reach the underground area so I can circle around the giant statue when it's brought down, allowing me to completely skip an entire section of a dungeon I'm honestly not all that fond of. It doesn't allow as much of a skip as the out of bounds glitch at the very start of the dungeon, but it's a lot easier to pull off in my opinion.

I found out a while ago that you can actually get out from the cabinet in Karane's room,but it takes a precise angle and roll attacks.

I found that with the Ancient Cistern glitch that if you enter it for the first time without the whip, perform the glitch, and grab the blessed Idol, then go into the middle to fight the boss, if you game over, it then respawns you at the beginning of the cistern with the Idol still.

I've played mostly any legend of zelda game since the nes. I loved skyward sword just due to the vibe it gives off. This was before Gabon was the main villain, and we have the town in the air. It just seems so grand and wonderful. Thank god someone agree's.

+Gargrioth 1st I didn't actually discover any of these Glitches I'm afraid! The people who discover them though... They have some amazing talent for discovering glitches huh? You should check out Pannenkoek2012 and Chronikeys here on KZfaq, they're the best Glitch Hunters I know of. Panen covers Super Mario 64 Glitches and Chronikeys covers Banjo Kazooie Glitches :)

Note: The first glitch only works on the very first version of the game (1.0). Not 1.1, 1.2, or the Japanese version.

Although I did know about it, I try to set a target of 2 weeks per video release so trying to get to a point where I could set the glitch up properly might have taken a while I suppose! maybe I should have covered it, though the video was also over 20 minutes already, I don't wanna bore you guys with huge videos!

Today I tried boss rush in hero mode and I only got hit once in 6 battles and was so happy. This was probably the 10th time I'd tried today and thought I would finally beat it. Then I faced the bokoblin army and died. I wanted to murder someone I was so mad.

IDK why people don't like Skyward Sword tbh. It is the first time there has actually been what you can call a social relationship with the characters in the game, the story was good, the final bosses were unique, it makes you chuckle in parts (namely near the very beginning of the game) and I actually felt attatched to the main characters towards the end of the game. People often moan about the controls, but I found them spot on and easy to use, while they opened up new ways to beat the various enemies. Its a great game, and IMO the best in the series.

Watching these glitch videos made me remember a glitch my friends and I found on Lego batman 2 for the Xbox. I don't remember exactly how we did it, but one of us was playing as cyborg, and then we got to the zoo and we thought it would be fun to ride on a polar bear around the map and then we came to a 4 way intersection and we got off the polar bear but THEN... WE couldn't do ANYTHING as cyborg except walk around, he couldn't Even jump but we thought it was AWESOME that we discovered a glitch on our own! 😮😃 -moose

A lot of people give this game hate, and I can see why. I however loved this game. The controls did sometimes get a bit wonky for me, but it wasn't as bad as a lot of people say. My guess is that it has something to do with lighting and the Wii's ability to properly sense what you are doing with the Wiimote. I feel like most of the time I likely had a lucky time with lighting that was closer to what was intended for this game, so most of the time I ended up not having much of a problem with the motion controls. That's my theory anyway. The Story in my opinion was actually quite good. I didn't hate Fi either. In fact, I rather enjoyed having her around during my journey. She wasn't as awesome as Midna, but still not nearly as annoying to me as she was to others. I will say that the flying in this game was a bit... Disappointing. The open skies of Skyloft are mostly barren and empty, and once you have found all the secrets (there weren't as many as I would like) it becomes rather boring as there is nothing much to do.

the first glitch A. is only on NTSC (north american) version 1.0 and B. saves only 5 minutes (if it were in a speedrun, I dont know the figure if it were in a casual playthrough but if i had to estimate probably around 10 mins casual)

also, 1 heart of damage = normal mode 2 hearts of damage = hero mode this is the same on both NTSC and PAL (no trust me, i own a pal version and it makes no difference)

The only things I didn't like were a) the stamina gauge and b) the Silent Realms. Oh, man, how I hated those!

David Dunyon Yeah at first the Stamina Gauge really bugged me a lot! But it grew on me over time. Aidan Davies Yeah, Twilight and Skyward are definitely two of the best, Windwaker is great, but there's just soooooo much water and travelling until you get hold of the Swift Sail or Ballad Of Gales hahaha

Sorry for the late reply! This video was made so long ago I have honestly exactly what's what with BiT... It doesn't take too long to try out from what I remember, so maybe it's worth testing out for yourself!

I just didnt like the stamina gauge, no way to upgrade it, and overall how linear the game was. I still thought it was awesome though. There also was no way to get to the different privinces from ground level, and you would think that you could get from the forest area, for example, to the fire volcano area from the ground below, which makes it so you could only get there from those warp points in the sky. It made it feel like they werent connected, like they were just voids you traveled to from the sky. Other than those tho, i loved the game. You basically follow a line in each area to, like the forest, there isnt any other ways of getting through the forest, you just go up, around and around again, and you can push logs down to navigate quicker later.

MisakiChan I know right, I thought this was one of the best Zelda games that I've played. Recently though, there was an announcement that the latest Zelda game will be the best there ever has been! They're focusing on making it the best they can be, instead of meeting the deadline for release :) Sounds amazing!

Franz Gunther Ahahaha Yeah bro! ;) BUT You have to take into consideration, to beat the game that way you have to have an almost finished Hero Mode save anyways... So yeah... It's not as helpful as it seems :P Thanks for watching!
