Either emulator or a device you can connect to your wii u (he is playing the hd version (which is only available on wii u) so hes using a device that you connect to the wii u)

@@martiastalsladrondeguevara455 the gamecube version is inverted in terms of the view. The wii u is the only TP game that has hero mode. Hero mode on the wii u is like the wii. So it cannot be a gamecube copy. (Plus if it was a gamecube copy, then the gamecube buttons will appear on the top left instead of the wii u)
