This was a interesting concept for video. I enjoyed it. Very creative. Is this filmed in Ukraine? I wasn't imagining Ukraine to have Mexican restaurants with English writing, but it doesn't look like America either. There isn't a whole lot of variety in VR180 video available currently. So I'm happy to see something unique and high quality like this.

Right it isn't really him. Just a creative quality drama video. I'm amazed anyone sees this and thinks it was intended to be taken as real. Aside from the real Zelenskyy being fairly recognizable, and this not being him, they even had "Mr. President" in quotes in the description. It is well done, but they aren't hiding the fact it is fiction.
