As a meditation music composer, I'm often disappointed with libraries in the ambient/meditative genre. Most of them miss the mark, but not in this case. I'm hearing all the delicacy and nuance that is needed to make truly calming meditative music, especially in the tuned percussion and the atmospheric layers. Congratulations on a wonderful accomplishment!

Just a thought, you should consider doing a Pad Factory library with the new engine. I also like the morphing button on the new engine. Reminds me of the alien language in the film Arrival.

FractureSounds - an extra pitch change control would be good for tablas, easier than tuning knobs on Kontakt.

Congratulation for this beautiful library!! You have managed to capture the essence of those instruments better than what has been offered in the current market. I have one suggestion, adding a rhythm groove/pattern/phrase maker for the tabla, Handpan, Tank drum, etc. would be very useful indeed. I truly hope that you are considering making a second installment of this Zen: Meditations library series dedicated to exotic winds instruments like Bansuri, Quena, Xiao, Ney, etc. and creating beautiful pads. Thanks for this amazing in depthtutoiral I have a quick question: could you share the brand and model of the 4-channel MIDI controller you used for Expression control? Its compact size really caught my eye.

Very lovely! But... just today, on the day of the release, my Zen Drum library (your product, which I bought in August and is no longer available) decided that its license file is suddenly invalid and won't load in Kontakt. It worked fine just yesterday :-( If this is not a coincidence, could it be possible that everyone's Zen Drum will refuse to work as of today?

No, you should be able to continue to still use the legacy Zen Drum library in perpetuity. If you have any issues, please contact our support. You should also have an additional discount in your inbox if you have purchased Zen Drum.

Currently, none of our libraries are MPE-compatible. They are all designed to work with traditional MIDI keyboards and controls.

Zen works in Kontakt 6.7.0 and above. You can find out which version of Kontakt is required for each of our libraries by scrolling to the "Features" section at the bottom of the product page. It will require Native Access to install, so please make sure your operating system is compatible with that software.
