@@jdhr7767 Bro anyone who's been practicing sport for a long time has seen people injure themselves from the smallest thing. I had a friend in Circus who trained as a carrier (someone who lift other people I don't know the name in english) he also trained handstand a lot and a bit of acrobatic bycicle. One day he was on the bycicle with no speed just crouching on one pedal trying to balance, he lost balance and put is hand on the floor to not fall. He broke a bone in his wrist, the guy didn't even fall and broke his wrist without doing anything that seemingly could've hurt. So while I agree that doing sports can prevent injuries in general, it's a whole other story to judge if a specific action hurts or not.

@diego090bw I'd like to provide an argument against that, whenever I lose and try to "push myself', I lose even more. I only win at the start of the day when I'm energised, and two losses in a row completely kill my skill and I stop playing and return the next day to be good again

Someone tell me what happened at the 34 second mark. Zens back end lifts off the ground without any input.. so what happened?

I figured it out. He has a one button stall in the control input file of the game. You basically add text binding jump, air steer left and air roll right to one button. It affects the button overlay being displayed. I'll look for the same anomaly when he uses a stall to get a flip reset. I am a little disappointed to figure out that all the best players probably abuse this to get their resets... I thought they were extremely good at a very difficult mechanic, but turns out it's a one button stall
