If you have a stuck winding dial, like the one on my camera. Then, you can put the camera securely in a padded vice and use a pin or O-ring pick and a hammer to gently persuade it to twist clockwise. If you took apart the bottom like me, you would have to wedge the gear with a small screwdriver. Good luck. It will take more force than you are comfortable with, but the camera will be fine the gears are metal.

Hi really good video on dismantling ISO. I have the Zenit TTL camera can you help to show me how to put the ISO mechanism back together please. There is a bearing and a spring I can’t see where they need to go. Would you know anything about the TTL body please?

What's the thing inside the ISO dial, that you pick up with the screw magnet?
