this game has 5 thousand concurrent players - for context - the game peaked at 200 thousand concurrent players. My point - the top ranked players ruined the game with their shitty opinions. They lost over 195 thousand concurrent players - effectively killing the game. Their player count is so low that you can regularly play against certain players at certain times of the day. If you think for honor is skillful and a good game why isn’t it recognize by more people. It’s because the game takes no skill, just play one of the newly released heroes which you have to pay for and win 90% of your games examples Hito when released - afeer etc. not to mention them speeding the game up so much literally zero casuals can play.

@@ascension0344 Why are you this concerned about the game? Tbh i played the game for months with friends who would never touch a fighting game not in a million years. That's because For Honor isn't competitive, it's rock paper scissors with big problems in balancing, matchmaking etc. But that's what keeps an old game like this alive. For honor came out in 2017, same year as Tekken 7 and in Tekken nowdays you struggle to find players. That's not the case with for honor and you'll find the same players cause they are around same skill or ratio, i think it's pretty normal. I agree they could have done things better but making the game competitive and more complex would obliterate the already small player base. I think it's not a simple task!

Also 10mins of practice before you play multi against most common heros. Practice defense and offense. I used this tip to improve my gameplay even at 110 ping average😊

I found that most games now a days typically have a dead zone setting and I found the dead zone that works for me is 5 to 8. Personally, I use five because it offers an even balance where it's not too low but not too high.

Yup, on keyboard and mouse I have this set to 5 Crazy difference it makes Also I tweaked the arcs for guarding left,right,up (not sure of the values)

Don't crush the air out of your controller when you get mad for some reason and this'll be fine. otherwise you'll need to counteract the stick drift with a deadzone.

It's smarter to have the dead zone at 0 for all heroes. It take a bit of time get use to but it worth it.

All heroes that don’t have all guard. I keep it at 1 or 2 for them. Even with a brand new controller I find myself accidentally going into all guard all the time

My L stick drifts forward when I hold L2 which fortunately is only an inconvenience when playing FPS. That's why I play for honor over most online games.

How is this a placebo. Dead zones affect how much you have to move the joystick before the game registers the input. Having it too high makes you have to do heavier joystick movements. Too low means slight joystick movement will be inputted.

Theres to many instances where when i block someones attack they still hit me even though my aim towards where im blocking went through, and clashing they're heavy's. Is the center deadzone doing this?

Warmonger has really great feats and Kyoshin has decent feats with a decent moveset for duels and 4v4. Warmonger does aswell except her moveset isnt exactly on the same level as Kyoshins especially when it comes to 1v1s. Warmonger is one of my favorite characters and I've mained her for a long time but I would say you should go with kyoshin.

@@lucasgabrielalvesdealmeida9915crossplay and the ccu made the game almost unplayable on ps4, ps4 has a locked frame rate of 30 and an input delay of 76ms, while current gen consoles have 60 frames and no delay and PC has an unlimited frame rateand no delay at all. Problem is that light attacks have an indicator of 400 ms and 500 ms of Animation, that means that a ps4 or xbox one Player only get to see 15 frames of Animation, even pro fighting game players need at least 16 frames to be able to react to something, making most light attacks extremly strong against ps4 players. All other platforms have over 15 frames of Animation for lights and most bashes making them more reactable. Lights on ps4 are currently basicly invisible while they are completly reactable on PC. And since crossplay was enabled, every platform will be matched together, making the game quasi pay to win for better Hardware users.

I play on 3 mostly but if you find that too sensitive or if your controller has stick drift I would go to about 5.

Lol this comment cracked me up. I've spent the last few weeks with only about 2 hours a night to play (if that). I decided to play every night in the practice arena cycling matches of lvl 3 bots fighting every hero. At first I was absolutely getting destroyed. BUT NOW, and I can't say I'm any kind of skilled player, but I can absolutely tell the difference in matches against players now. I can actually hang in there bit after many of those bots seemed to fight like Mr. Smith in the matrix.
