It's AI dubbing, Brazilians don't even have that tone in their voice and they don't even do a bad job dubbing.

it was translated with Artificial Intelligence, besides, Brazilians HATE these artificial dubbings, they are horrible. If this dubbing was done by real voice actors it would be infinitely better.

Me, a brazilian, seen the "portuguese" dub: wait...something is off.. (The game doesnt have portuguese dub guys! Only korean, chinese, japanese and english, but seem an AI portuguese version of this cutscene was funny and it sounds so fake lol)
