Got pericarditis as a consequence of Covid. Having it attack the heart has been a challenge. Especially sleeping at night. Today, l am trying to not use anti inflammatory medication. Instead, taking as hot of a shower as possible, then putting it as cold as it gets for two minutes has been the most effective.

Wow I'm pregnant now and sad about how I've been persistently bullies followed lied on schemes on hurt......cheated on. I am loyal honest a good person with good intentions it hurts more than anyone knows 😢😭😢🥶 to feel like a genuine good person and literally be publicly bully and targeted when In already weak and wouldn't do it back. I pregnant now by a setup a abuser ....another cheater and abuser and my adopted family bullied me I've been betrayed lied on though I looked out for them. So your comment gave me hope maybe my kids won't hurt me and I will be able to raise them without my good intentions being ruined and have a loving loyal rich wealthy family. Put a little light in the room before sleeping helps. 2, meditation : let your thoughts fall like snowflakes for exemple. 3 How do you see your thoughts? Do you think it's crap or do you think it's showing up your brain works well? 4. If some people/ things happen often to trigger you bad thoughts : leave them / leave it, evade it. Say "no" or say "stop" to it. 5. Maybe you are someone thinking much / then start acting a little more on your main objective. What is your own objective in life? 6. Write all your thoughts down in a journal from tiem to time 7. Food advice : Evade sugar, soda and meat (worst is recomposed mixed meat). 8. Give you one year or else so you can improve yourself :)

Can we move out of the blockages . Move into our soul. :)

I feel nothing exept wellbeing and a great felling of healty (physical) heart, but i have no heart, just a thing that pumpe blood, yeah but totaly empty, so that make nothing for me, i try again and again and again, nothing 639 hz, jésus... nothing So 528 hz can heal those who have a sad heart (I remember that feeling is pure weakness. But it keeps something poetic ) but when you have an elastic heart some insane people (they are not mad just strange and too violent for you ps: these guys and womens are fascinating, magick and extremely intelligent and funny) who have create this machine enjoy pull on the elastic until it breaks, and some thing doesn't stick back together. But strangely i like myself not other just me i'm the god creation, i pray too long god for help me, He never helped me when I suffered horribly, and I understand now that it was because God wanted me to be like him, and I even had to suffer, to be reborn Don't pray for me i like who i am, world need people like me.

I send you love and light. You can do this! You can heal. Believe in yourself and believe in your ability to heal. He has never left you, because he is always there in your heart. This may sound foolish or delusional, but it's honestly not. He's alive in your heart and memory, because of the love you have for him. Love him with all your heart and soul, and you can feel his presence.

I saw your comment just now, and that is something that's never by coincidence I know. So I am supposed to share my experience with you, I hope it helps you on your healing journey somehow! 💜 I lost my oldest son who was also one of my best friends in this lifetime. He was murdered in October little over a year now, seems like it was just last week.. sure you relate to that time FasTrack that occurs. Then 2 Mo. Later I lost my husband. My daughter who was 16 at the time, and I were very close. But even though I discussed with her how crucial it was for us to stay in a good place with one another. And to talk, and she couldn't bottle her feelings, or pretend this away.. she shut me out. She changed into a different person. And she belligerently refused professional help, or even just someone she knew that she felt comfortable in talking with, other than me. I would do anything in the world to make sure she is dealing with her grief as well as possible. But this past July, on her seventeenth birthday. She got up, and left. There was a note on the piano for me, but I didn't see it until after she had gone. Because I heard the door, and for some reason it didn't feel right, so I went to see why it had not just been her letting the cat out.. she was half way down our street! And was carrying a bag . I haven't seen, or talked to her since. I do know where she is, and that she's physically alright.. but it really broke my heart. I have lost everyone, except my two fur babies. My husky that my son had rescued, and my kitty. Who are now I know both protectors, and animal guides to me. And my son had also brought my Jade baby (my cat) to me when he was just a baby.. so see the significance? No coincidence I assure you. They have both been so in tune with every little detail of daily happenings, and my needs. Jade even communicates with me when I talk to him about my son. He changed into that behavior the night my son was killed. And communicates with him regularly. And with me also. Talk to your father, let him know you need to heal, and have an open line of communication. He will, because your grief is keeping him from doing his work. My son 'pings my heart' is the only way to describe it, when I talk to him, he will answer me. If I don't feel that then I know I am getting a no to whatever my sometimes silly question is. But you know that, before you ask! Anyway, music! Big one, he sends me playlists all the time. At first I thought I had to be imagining it. But no, he has confirmed that through several people that are openly working with the higher realms. That have out of nowhere usually when we are talking, tell me how he's right there with me, and just like when he was alive, relentless when he wanted to tell me something! 😆 I miss my baby boy, but have been given so much peace believe it or not! And the purpose of all that I have told you, is that I have work to do for humanity, and would have never moved out of any of this or gone through the awakening to the degree this had all more than made happen. I've always been awake, but this was huge. And it takes chaos to create movement, thus the changes that have to occur. Start paying attention to all the little 'coincidences' that happen everyday, because once you acknowledge this you will even be surprised as to how much your dad, and your angelic guides are trying so hard to communicate with you. And you will start to have some peace. It's not your imagination, it is so real! And you can be so connected to him, and understand so much that you are supposed to at this time. you might want to read what the dark night of soul is too. I'm not saying you are going to have this occur any time soon, bit you are here on the planet at a time that as a collective we are ascending and you have a specific purpose for being here, we all do. Or we wouldn't be here now. So this is part of your Awakening process too. His death is what has sent you on to the spiritual journey that is meant to move you onto you path of finding you purpose. Good luck, and I send you so much love, and support! I know this is so hard, I still just take everything one day at a time. You have to, and don't ever deny yourself the feelings you have please. If you're mad, yell. It's okay, you have to allow yourself every single emotion that surfaces so you can work through it. And please don't worry about how others think you should be doing anything!! Period! They are never going to understand what you are going through, or how you really feel. Even when they think they do. It is a totally unique journey only for you, with your team. I have a mitral valve prolapse. Just had an episode of 140 pulse this evening. Have you considered row plant based food. I have tried for a while, a felt great, forgot I had a heart at all. As I could not continue, started cooked food again and discomfort came back....My experiment was based on a book from Aterhov, an Armenian but I read it in Bulgarian, not sure if it exists in English and forgot it's title.

Losing our beloved to the otherside is the deepest scar our heart must bear, whisper to her spirit it never dies, i send you love straight to that deep wound of grief. My late Randolph was the greatest gift I ever had my one true love, 25 years later it still can make me sad, but love never really dies it just takes on a different form of pure light.
