I'm completely losing my mind right now!! I had done this for decades. I got tired of listening to people bish about "how stupid" it is. I stopped several years ago cause I couldn't take the crap anymore. I'm not even two minutes into your video. I have missed this type of abstract rendering. Screw em! Everyone no longer lives near me. My youngest is now an adult. And you immediately reminded me of my forgotten joy!

He he he....its your drawing so therefore you can exactly as you want to do 👍. It's only taken me 50 yrs to find this out and an other 10 to make myself do and enjoy! Before my work had to be perfect in my eyes. Gosh! what alot of hassle I gave my younger self 😊. Enjoy your self ❤

This is so much more than the boredom doodling, it's called zentangle and there is a meditative aspect to it also thousands of different patterns to learn. It's about taking step by step in the process, and also helps you learn to draw better.

@740 ..... This is more complex than "daydreamin' doodling" .... partly because there are so many different patterns & "scenarios".... it's more goal-oriented I guess.
