Let me tell you something these videos you make for us are beyond excellent! I look forward to watching them every day religiously. I can only speak for myself, but they help me out so much and they give me hope that someday you know I can reach the point you’re at. I’m 5 foot one so there’s a size difference between you and me but I can look as good as you do not have to look in the mirror and see something ugly. At least that’s what I feel. I’m not trying to get anybody to feel sorry for me or anything like that. That’s just the way I feel. I feel being heavy I’m invisible, so if you think that doing these videos isn’t helping people or it stresses you out because you want to make everything perfect you’re making it perfect. Trust yourself on that one. Big fan right here!

Forgive me I’m in menopause so sometimes my responses come out emotional. It’s like I’m fighting a double battle. The battle is between losing weight and the menopause and all the loveliness that comes with that.

Just started an arm workout routine. Today will be my 3rd time. I watched another youtuber All Things Mandy, who started her weight loss journey with her own 30 day challenge. At the end of it she made it part of her regular routine. She started with walking, then healthy food choices and finally worked outs at gym. I loved the concept of the 30 day challenge to get started.

📀 Had to mention my garmin tracker, as it doesn't need charging for a year. I did like my fitbit, but it broke & was bulky. Garmin has some inexpensive trackers & nicer options. I already charge so many devices, it's nice not 2 have too. I agree it's good to see our stats. Knowledge is power

I have had an Oura ring for years and love love love it! I would recommend to anyone and everyone - IF you would use this very powerful tool (data and prompts) to help you make positive changes. It's also worth noting that Oura customer support is white glove exceptional!! A question for my special Countess .... when you said your restorative time is when you're eating - I immediately thought - how wonderful Elizabeth has changed her relationship with food so dramatically; that it has become a quiet, relaxed, enjoyable time for her (not a response to stress; or you wouldn't see that as restorative). Just sayin girlfriend .... sounds like a good witch not a bad witch to me 🥰 For me today...... I opted for a walk instead of a BIG glass of wine after a very stressful work day - YAY so proud of me !!!! ⭕⭕⭕

I started Glp1 last Weds. Lost 5lbs. I love the appetite suppression. By Sat appetite suppression went away & food noises came back & Sun I was in Olive Garden with my family.😂 My appetite suppression came back with my shot today.😅. So I'll talk to my MD about it not lasting the whole week. 😊

Well it won’t last all week wand it might not always be there on 2.5. 2.5 mg is just yo prepare your body. It’s a plus to get suppression and or lose weight.

I have had an Oura ring for about three years now and purchased it to find out about my sleep. I have terrible sleep, averaging 5-6 hours per night. Oura confirmed this when I wore it. I too can still wear my ring even with a weight loss of 54 pounds. I have tried everything to help me sleep better and I am open to anything at this point. I have tried the Mag you suggest as well as the powder you use but nothing helps me. I have tried prescription meds and still no help in my sleep. I know that this impedes my weight loss as I continue.

I am the exact same way and I have had the sleep issues since I was in my early 20’s. I have done it all, magnesium, valerian root, ashwaganda, cbd, prescription meds. If you find anything that helps let me know and I will do the same.

⭕️⭕️⭕️… I’ve had a fitbit, currently have an Apple Watch and agree about the charging. The ring is of interest to me. I’m like you, knowledge is power. Just wondering if there is a suggested finger to wear it on for more accurate data. Just thinking about the sizing for the finger i would wear it on. Bought lots of things on Amazon yesterday.
