im already create test case on zephyr but on my backlog after create issue create added test case use zephyr, and create test case not redirect to zephyr page,, what his solution?

Hi i can upload multiple test cases through any csv or excel file to zephyr scale ? also in companies zephyr scale is free(if so how many months) ...or payable ? -- as i have jira license in the company ?
