Zelot's style is the style that gives me nightmares on the ladder. The fucking fear that you live with as a Protoss player in those scenarios is paralyzing.

This was my favourite thing you've done so far Dan. I like how you cut out the boring parts of the games and stitched these together! As always my favourite thing is you saying "this is what is going to happen next" or "this is why he's doing this or what he wants to accomplish" so much better than people simply telling me what im already seeing

Spoiler: Super appreciate stringing games together when they are super short like the first 2. I would have been disappointed but you came through! I'll add that one way to hold the zergling rush is to prioritize the forge and cannon over the nexus. Rain went 2nd nexus before forge every game and that's why the hold was so much harder. That said, I bet it's a very hard judgement to make based on your scout when a Zerg goes THAT hard on zerglings, which is risky for the zerg if they can't break through. In most cases the Zerg won't just turn every single larva into lings since it's a big risk so Rain's build makes more sense to Nexus before forge as long as he doesn't see pool first. PvZ is very hard for the P I think. Pros just make it look easier than it actually is. I'm a complete noob so take the above with a huge dose of salt.

This format is excellent, appreciate cutting to the first relevant moment of the build in g2

This is amazing. I absolutely did not expect this to turn out the way it did. I think I'm not alone in wanting to see the entire series, even if most of the games turn out to be similar.

Intense. ZeLot is like the new Shine with super aggressive openings. Shine was more of a 3H Hydra push and ZeLot an Overpool 3H ling push 🤷‍♂️

Also I wanted to ask, why do Zerg players not rush to Hive-Zergling upgrades? I’ve been watching your videos for awhile and late game Zerglings are always insanely good. Just wondering why I haven’t seen a strategy that includes rushing to Zergling upgrades (especially attack speed) Thanks :)

There was a crazy game between zelot and last I saw on falcon paladin and it was just bonkers. Game 1 he went in with a dozen lings so early

When he started counting, i was like hmm, maybe a best of 5, he keeps going, best of 7? , he keeps going , best of 9 wow, nope, but 14 times. like wtf are the chances of something like that happening. at least you don't have to look for matches for a while xD

Seeing Rain figure out how to deal with this in real time is pretty insane. Slowly pulling more and more probes. I think if he kills his own forge so he can rebuild it then it would have been a lot easier to hold, but working out when exactly you can do that is easier said than done.
