If its anything like 3.0 i wouldnt worry. Devs/owners just give free cars or businesses to certain streamers to keep them around when they re bored of the grind

That’s how the server should work, it’s a business not a game. Keeping the top streamers happy will keep the server alive. It’s unfair but it’s more substantial
