When spectating you can press b to toggle different camera views. Helps with matches like Wargames as it can be hard to see. You can focus on certain people as well use a free cam where you can roam wherever

I think you should try one of the My Rise gamemodes. It's basically the Season Mode of WWE2K, where you get to create your own wrestler and play through to win the title at the end
