Oh, I didn’t know they have good wanton noodles at Sims/Geylang area. It looks like the old school kind of wanton noodles. No matter how many times I watched your video, it still amazes me how much you can eat. Don’t think I can do 2 plates looking at the amount of noodles. 😂

The noodles are eggy noodles as compared to some places which uses mee Kia instead of egg noodles that's why it's slightly thicker. If you like this so called old school taste, you gotta try the one at Bukit merah view market (Yong chuan wtm)

i used to eat wanton noodles from this stall then continue part 2 at the Wonderful durian stall nearby :) btw, always got to wait for about 30-45 mins in this wanton stall. Worth it.

Try the wanton mee @ Hougang Avenue 8. The coffee shop is opposite Xinmin Secondary School, Its literally the best rated wanton mee that Ive been eating for years

There is one noodle almost same here at sarawak kolo mee and kampua mee, those are my fav and i can eat 6 plates of those noodle

Try before Yong Chun WTM before at Bukit Merah? That's my current number One, there's a hint of sesame oil taste inside and the dumplings and wantons are quite plump as well. After seeing this video, would love to give this a try.

There is one of my personal favourite wanton mee at 630 Khatib coffee shop which start selling as early as 5am onwards and their dumpling is always the 1st to sell finish as they only make a limited amount of them... For their wanton mee, for $3 is pretty good amount of noodles... There is also chicken feet, Mushrooms noodles too... Only thing I find is their chill is not on the spicy side

My office was just beside this area and I love their Wanton noodles!. Extremely satisfying and fulfilling! It makes me want to go back to eat it again. Lol..15 bowls are insane. I usually ordered the $5.50 with addon noodle and is extremely full after that while slurping up all the soup. Great to see your video on this! ^^

@@ZermattNeoDefinitely there'll ppl complaining the price. IMO if the taste is superb and reasonable, people will still go for it. Most of the time the queue waiting time is pretty long. This alone already spelled that your business is very gd regardless of the price hike. 😋

True, Eng's wanton mee is overrated. I like the one at Maxwell hawker centre. Forgot the shop's name but it's in the middle isle, unit right at the end.

@@ZermattNeo I think it's called "No.1 Maxwell" and some chinese characters which i'm unable to read. Sorry about that. The stall is at the far end and I only tried their recommended dish so far which is the wanton mee. I tried both white (no black sauce) and black versions and personally like the former better. Both versions are nice regardless. There is another stall called fu ji fuzhou wanton noodles. Haven't tried it but seems popular also. If you head down, you should do so just before lunch time and try the soupy bak chor mee too. I saw it featured in an article but haven't tried it personally.
