Certainly one of the Kings of a hard use working folder is the ZT0308 BLKTS! At seven ounces and nine inches overall it sports a black oxide tiger striped blade of 20CV and is razor sharp right out of the box!

I’ve got the 0350TS in Magnacut and really like it. About the same weight as the 0308. Always wanted an 0308 but just can’t justify the $’s….but you’re tempting me. Thank you not only for the review, but also your opinions on the other ZT’s as well. Truly appreciate your channel, Dave.

@ThisOldSwordBladeReviews Yes..your absolutely correct. Can't believe that show came out 20 years ago..Mark Harmon was great with Sean Connery in the movie Presidio which kind of set the stage later on.

I have mixed emotions with ZT. They are very expensive in Europe and for the price I expect zero flaws. I have about 7 ZTs and only 3 of them have no problems 😒

That's sad to hear. I'm not a big collector and only have the four that I showed in this vid but I'm extremely impressed by the 0308, much more than I thought I would be. It's solid and perfect, it might be more recently made than some that gave you trouble, not sure. Best of luck!

I was looking on mxgs website for this clip and was wondering is this they’re “plain” finish you got there or the black coating? On the website the plain looks a lighter gray only reason I ask and I really love the look of yours with this knife

Got this clip a while ago from White Mountain and it's set up for Benchmade but also fits many ZT blades. It's definitely not black but kind of a natural stonewash. It's also possible they changed the finish over the years, but since I had this one around and it fit I went for it!
