corection: the voice you called "big robot" is actually called colossus, after the villain from War of the worlds. I know this because I used other programs based on the same engine (including talkit's big brother willo pond tts)

Correction on your correction: "Colossus" is from Colossus aka "The Forbin Project". Not War of the Worlds... that had Martian invaders that never said anything.

The program is called Talk It!, a program that came with Microsoft Plus! for Kids, mainly for Windows 95. And the program contained 12 voices, and the voice used for Cats is called Big Robot.
