it's really nice to see that the planes that once ruled the skies, flies again.
As a former American sailor who has worked on naval aircraft a good portion of my life and who has a great love of history, seeing something like this really is exciting. I believe Japan should do what it can to preserve aircraft like the Mitsubishi A6M Zero and others as they are very much part of all our collective history.... In the U,S. there have been serious efforts to do this and I believe Japan should do the same while there is both living memory of the events when these planes flew and while possible recoverable/restorable aircraft might be located and restored. Having myself been involved insuch a restoration, I knowit is a time consuming and expensive job but worth it. We were oponents in war but have made productive peace and even friendship from that time and now I think we can look to preservation effforts as something good for future generations.

proprio così, la memoria và sempre preservata. Tutte le informazioni sono patrimonio dell'umanità.

Absolutely, couldn't agree more. Important piece of history for sure, as a Japanese living in the US I feel that it is important to preserve aircraft from both sides.
