For me, "it floats down" represents what Lenny often refers to in his videos: That time in gaming guides when people could still inject personality into the guides without worrying if someone might bristle or "cringe". It's a cairn stone of gaming with the lads, in one room, and just having a great time together

I love how these guides contain some of the most seemingly nonsensical strats that to veterans seem like they'd never work, but then they turn out to actually be good or even reveal skips that weren't widely known before, it's like finding an ancient tome of secrets or something IGN guy seems like a chill dude, went to his channel and it turns out I've actually seen his videos before. I love how excited you mom is to come play Dark Souls, might need a whole playthrough sometime lol.

17:00 The delay is caused by having double click inputs enabled. You can disable them in the options and it works fine but for some reason it resets every time you launch the game and you need to reenable them and disable them again every time you launch the game

I watched a LOT of Screwattack back in the day, so I'm VERY familiar with Destin. When I heard his voice in the videos for the Dark Souls 1 video, I did my own digging and found an interview he had with the original owner of Screwattack, Stuttering Craig. I swear, as an OG fan that interview was closure I never thought I needed. Everyone who worked for Screwattack for the most part went on to have incredible careers. Death Battle has Chad and Ben, which used to be part of Screwattack in the first place. Corey went on to be a voice actor. Jose went to LA. And Destin? Basically one of the guys that RUNS IGN. I'm extremely happy for them.

That IGN guy is legit so humble. What a nice fella. I'm glad he's still working on stuff! This video feels like a love letter to those kinds of guides. I know you said you will do more, may I suggest a Kingdom Hearts one? There are loads in the series and it's ripe for the picking. You could also do the Level 1 guides if you're feeling dangerous.

My first ever vacation AND Lenny uploads? Now this is a good day. Edit: finally finished the video and Lenny...the only way to beat the washed allegations is to do the Nioh guides next. Trust me, I got confirmation from Mr. It Floats Down himself!

I love how these videos are almost a love letter to the old IGN style guides. I remember following the dark souls one specifically as a kid with my brother as we tried to figure out the game. Was a super entertaining way to receive some help and guidance in games when we got stuck. I enjoyed them so much, and had limited access to new games, that I would often read the guides and imagine what the game must be like in my mind. Spent numerous afternoons that way when I probably should have been focusing on my school, haha. Been loving this series and re-experiencing all the guides they put out that were in this old style!

Thank you so much for this Season Finale!!! It has lasted my entire train journey from home to london, made me laugh and really thoroughly great to see the final installment after being invested from the start. Can't wait for season 2 or whatever content you've got coming next, always a 10/10 watch. Thank you!!

IGN put Jedi survivor as the best action game of last year, despite it not working properly even a year after launch, and being arguably a downgrade over the first one. And they Put Remnant 2 and Armourec core 6, the actual contenders for best action game, in joint SIXTH place! They thought there were four games between a buggy, decent at best game, and two masterpieces.
