@@mistergalaxy53 Doing fine. I was stage one maybe stage two. I got the cancerous testicle removed a couple months ago. My original surgeon recommended removing the lymph nodes in the abdomen because they were slightly enlarged. However I got a second opinion from another doctor and based on my blood test and the very slight enlargement of my lymph nodes he recommended to get another CAT scan of my stomach to see if they stay the same size or a little smaller and I may not need to get the surgery.

Hi Johny, I've been dealing with this recently but my personal situation is that I've been having a left testicular cyst in the tunica albuginea. Ultra sound results are "1.5 CM and cystic in nature" and tumor markers are normal. The palpable lump is around 3x3 mm and that is driving me crazy and my mental health getting worse day by day. What do you recommend me to ease my mind? I will have another appointment in 4 months to check keep track of it. Best of wishes

Bro i was the same way, i started having slight sharp pains in my testicles that would come and go, it was very sharp on both testicles but nothing crazy to the point where i think i needed to be seen, anyways like an idiot i just put it to the side went off to college and tried to fight through it which i did, for like 3 years was basically dealing with that type of sharp light pain , anyways fast forward to now, im 22 and finally got it checked out, turns out i have a cyst on my left and right testicles…. They tried to tell me it was gonna be ok and not to be to worried as its just a cyst but Im scared shitless, because usually when u have problems down there as a man its never good, no matter what, like unless its an STD u cant just give a pill and shit will get fixed, usually u have to open shit up, im scared shitless i will lose a testicle in 2-3 years, im only 22 lol, go get checked bro plz

​@Fire Montana nah cyst are harmless, when your testicle increases in size and you start to feel more pain then you need to see a doctor asap. But as of now, you just seem to have a minor cyst. Nothing painful, just a little discomfort

Im around the same age and I’ve got the exact same symptoms except I can unfortunately feel something off on my right testicle, I’m bringing in a sample of my pee and getting checked out today, hopefully I’m good but honestly I’m expecting bad news.

Could be growing pains. But always go to docs with issues. Also always be aware that there may be a missed diagnosis. Not every doctor is good

@@noman2008 is your scrotum red and swollen ?? Your symptoms direct towards Epididymitis which is Inflamation of the coiled tube behind the testes . I assume you shall take antibiotics . But also get a consultation done by a urologist specialist.

My under developed testis started growing overnight so I went in right away. It took nine months to get doctors to do anything. It was only my demanding this come out that surfy was done. Because I was so delayed in treatment I was almost stage four. Four surgeries and seven months of the most horrible chemotherapy I survived. Act quickly and don’t take no for an answer

One blood test for testicular cancer is Alphafeto protein test. There are several other tests

That's basically small pockets of calcification in your testicle, these are small and tiny lumps that aren't cancerous, think of them as testicle stones that don't do anything but act like mini impostors of cancer, but are completely benign.

Did you visit an urologist?

It's not wise to ask online but to see a doctor asap.

Varioceles of untreated can irritate and swell your testicles.. so can Epididymal cysts should they grow larger due to the pressure they put on the testicle.

Doctor first didn't feel it, despite me telling him exactly where it is - on top of my testicle, at my epididymis basically. - He was very quick and said: Nope, no cancer. - I asked him: Did you even feel the lump? - He answered: Actually, no.. I asked him to check again, and this time he felt it. - Once again, he said: No cancer. So basically, he was almost certain that it was no cancer because the consistency of my testicle felt normal - like a boiled egg - and the fact that the lump is on my epididymis and not the testicle itself made him even more sure of this. - I asked him: What is it and for how long will it be there? - He answered: It's most likely a cartilaginous nodule of some sort, and it will probably disappear with time - just don't worry about it. It's still there today, it haven't gotten bigger or smaller from what I can tell. I personally don't think it's cancer. I'm not too worried. I have no pain or anything. Although, I've had drastically lower sexdrive for the past months, and I'm worried this is due to this nodule blocking the sperm and fucking with my testosterone (because the sperm travels through the epididymis afaik). I notified him about it but he didn't think that was the reason. With that said, I'm not saying you shouldn't check it out. If you feel like the lump is growing, or if the consistency or size of your testicle is suddenly different from the other, I say go check it out asap.

@@1234useryuy get it checked asap friend, my lump didnt hurt at all, not a little bit, even tho there had grown two in the meantime. The doctor said that the tumour had infested already half my testicle BUT the good news is that we did surgery early enough (4-5weeks after noticing the lump) so that the cancer didnt spread anywhere else. is the lump hard/solid? please do me and yourself a favor and don't wait any longer. let me know if u have any other questions!

I have the EXACT same thing. The "lump" is right at the end of the epididymis where it attaches to the testicle. It doesn't hurt but sometimes it aches a little. The epididymis is slightly swollen too. Been around 2 months and I feel relatively healthy. I'm sure if the ultrasound was okay, then we will be fine. Did you tell the Doctor that you had this lump?

Lol! I had this exact same mentality earlier. Of course, this was BEFORE I had felt a lump on one of my testicles. I'm having it checked by a doctor in a few days. I hope I don't have cancer and the doctors take one half of my manliness. If they do, I'll insist on having my testicle replaced with a ball of steel, to feel even more manlier than before.
