Thank you for the video. One important point is missing: Daily exercises are important for obtaining full and swift recovery, at least according to Danish health authorities. Thus is an important point to emphasize, because it is more convenient for the patient to relax and not be physically active in order to avoid dizziness and nausea.

What are the exercises that the Danish authorities recommend? Anything different to moving the head left and right and up and down? Thanks.

This is so true! It is easy just to go in a recliner and just evaporate. It is hard to muscle through this condition. Every waking second is an effort.

This is exactly what I am going through now, day 4 after. I am doing some exercises as recommended in several other KZfaq videos about this topic. I am recovering day by day. My wife had the same some 10 years ago. After 3+ days she was ok again. Thanks for the video.

Man, as someone living in the border of Fatty Liver Disease, I honestly thought I was experiencing mild symptoms related to Liver Failure (random bouts of the spins, nausea, poor sleep) Chewing my food today I heard a weird mushing sound in my right ear. Using a small camera, noticed my inner ear has a gaping HOLE in the membrane 🫤 I feel stupid, but at least now I don’t think I’m dying. I’ve got severe nausea, but thankfully havnt been throwing up. I do feel aweful, but glad I know what to tell my doctor(s) when I see them in two weeks…

Sounds familiar :( I liken my condition to a snowglobe where the 'flakes' fly around when disturbed and then land on the 'scene' at the bottom of the globe. These 'scene' pieces are like the vestibular nerve sensors (in the utricle, saccule and canals). When I move around, it's like the flakes hit these nerve sensors randomly and I feel dizzy and unbalanced. If I sit, everything settles I I don't feel dizzy. But as soon as I move, everything get's stirred up again.

Hi may i ask. Is it normal to have vertigo for 5-10 seconds once in every 2 days? I did the vestibular exercises been 2 weeks now. Dizziness reduce, but the vertigo comes back every 2-3 days
